【摘要】：將68例矽肺合并腦梗塞患者作為矽肺組,以735例無矽肺的腦梗塞患者作為非矽肺組。結(jié)果表明,矽肺組的血壓和頸部血管血流速度顯著低于非矽肺組,而分水嶺梗塞發(fā)生率偏高。矽肺組中叁期矽肺患者血壓和頸部血管血流速度最低,分水嶺梗塞發(fā)生率最高;貳期矽肺患者血壓和頸部血管血流速度最高,分水嶺梗塞發(fā)生率最低。
[Abstract]:68 cases of silicosis with cerebral infarction were selected as silicosis group and 735 cases without silicosis as non-silicosis group. The results showed that the blood pressure and blood flow velocity of cervical blood vessel in silicosis group were significantly lower than those in non-silicosis group, but the incidence of watershed infarction was higher. In the silicosis group, the blood pressure and blood flow velocity of cervical blood vessel were the lowest, the incidence of watershed infarction was the highest in the silicosis group, the blood pressure and the blood flow velocity of the neck vessel in the second stage silicosis group were the highest, and the incidence of watershed infarction was the lowest.
