【摘要】：正慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)在近二十年來(lái)已經(jīng)成為威脅我國(guó)人民身心健康的第三大致死性疾病,患病人數(shù)高達(dá)4 500萬(wàn),給患者個(gè)人、家庭及社會(huì)造成極大的健康和經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。從2001年第一版慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球創(chuàng)議(GOLD)發(fā)表以來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者對(duì)COPD的認(rèn)識(shí)也在逐漸深入。GOLD的修訂反映了以患者為中心的理念演進(jìn),比如從2001年關(guān)注肺部指標(biāo),到2006年起開始關(guān)注肺外指標(biāo)以及在2011年GOLD修訂中提出的全新COPD患者聯(lián)合評(píng)估方法。這種轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代COPD管理的臨床實(shí)踐起到了積極推進(jìn)的作用。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)"讓患者活得更好"的治療目標(biāo),可通過(guò)7個(gè)方面進(jìn)行管理
[Abstract]:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has become the third leading cause of death in China in the past twenty years. The number of patients is as high as 45 million, which brings great health and economic burden to individual, family and society. Since the first edition of (GOLD) was published in 2001, experts and scholars at home and abroad have been gradually deepening the understanding of COPD. Gold's revision reflects the evolution of the concept of patient-centered, such as the focus on lung indicators since 2001. By 2006, the focus had been on extrapulmonary indicators and the new combined assessment of COPD patients proposed in the 2011 GOLD revision. This change has played an active role in the clinical practice of modern COPD management in China.
