【摘要】：目的 :用NRS 2002對住院COPD病人進行營養(yǎng)風險篩查,探討NRS 2002營養(yǎng)風險篩查結(jié)果與體格檢查指標和生化指標的相關性。方法 :隨機抽取2015年1月~2015年12月入院住院的COPD病人218例,用NRS 2002進行營養(yǎng)風險篩查,同時進行體格檢查,計算對應指標,測定血生化指標,分析NRS 2002營養(yǎng)風險篩查結(jié)果與體格檢查指標和生化指標的相關性。結(jié)果 :218例住院COPD病人中存在營養(yǎng)風險者(NRS 2002≥3分)69例,發(fā)生率31.7%,不同年齡段和不同肺功能分級病人間營養(yǎng)風險發(fā)生率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。NRS 2002營養(yǎng)風險篩查結(jié)果與2個體格檢查指標(BMI和FFMI)和2個生化指標(ALB和PA)存在關聯(lián)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :住院COPD病人營養(yǎng)風險發(fā)生率較高,老年病人尤甚。NRS 2002適合作為住院COPD病人營養(yǎng)風險篩查工具,但在臨床應用中應結(jié)合體格檢查指標和生化指標進行全面綜合營養(yǎng)評估。
