【摘要】：目的探討慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者痰培養(yǎng)銅綠假單胞菌感染耐藥性,以便早期預(yù)防與控制,為臨床資料提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2010年4月-2013年4月79例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者送檢痰培養(yǎng)分離出的銅綠假單胞菌進行耐藥性分析,藥敏試驗采用瓊脂擴散法和瓊脂稀釋法進行。結(jié)果慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者痰培養(yǎng)共分離出銅綠假單胞菌115株,對其耐藥性較高的有亞胺培南和美羅培南,分別為13.91%和14.78%,而敏感性較高的是頭孢他啶和阿米卡星,耐藥率分別為6.09%和7.83%;亞胺培南和美羅培南對不同年份分離銅綠假單胞菌MIC值,亞胺培南均較美羅培南高,兩者比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但是同種藥物在不同年份比較則差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;MIC分布亞胺培南MIC≤1μg/ml占31.37%,2~4μg/ml占68.63%,而美羅培南MIC≤1μg/ml占55.4%,2~4μg/ml占44.6%,兩者比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者痰培養(yǎng)銅綠假單胞菌感染率及耐藥性高,而美羅培南的耐藥性較亞胺培南低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in sputum culture in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) so as to prevent and control it early and provide reference for clinical data. Methods the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from sputum culture of 79 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from April 2010 to April 2013 was analyzed. The drug sensitivity test was performed by Agar diffusion method and Agar dilution method. Results 115 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated in sputum culture from patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The resistant rates of imipenem and meropenem were 13.91% and 14.78%, respectively, while the sensitivity of ceftazidime and amikacin were higher. The drug resistance rates of imipenem and meropenem were 6.09% and 7.83%, respectively. The MIC values of imipenem and meropenem against Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in different years were higher than those of meropenem. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the distribution of imipenem MIC 鈮，
