【摘要】：目的：研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者COPD評(píng)估測(cè)試（The COPD assessmenttest,CAT）與GOLD分級(jí)的相關(guān)性。方法：選擇新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院呼吸內(nèi)科慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者，應(yīng)用CAT中文版對(duì)患者的生活質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)估，同時(shí)應(yīng)用呼吸科肺功能室同一肺功能儀器測(cè)定常規(guī)肺功能和支氣管擴(kuò)張實(shí)驗(yàn)。根據(jù)CAT評(píng)分的分值對(duì)患者的生活質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分級(jí)，同時(shí)根據(jù)患者肺功能結(jié)果中支氣管擴(kuò)張實(shí)驗(yàn)后的FEV1占預(yù)計(jì)值的%進(jìn)行GOLD分級(jí)，兩者進(jìn)行比較，，然后對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果：80例COPD患者中，男71例，女9例，年齡50—84歲，平均(65±10)歲；CAT總分值范圍為5-39分，其中“輕微影響”為9例，“中等影響”為33例，“嚴(yán)重影響”為29例，“非常嚴(yán)重影響”為9例；GOLD分級(jí)Ⅰ級(jí)共10例，Ⅱ級(jí)22例，Ⅲ級(jí)33例，Ⅳ級(jí)15例。CAT分值隨患者病情加重而逐漸增加，CAT評(píng)分與GOLD分級(jí)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析后得出相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.59，P㩳0.01，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，說(shuō)明CAT評(píng)分與GOLD分級(jí)存在明顯的相關(guān)性，但有部分患者CAT評(píng)分與GOLD分級(jí)不平行。結(jié)論：COPD評(píng)估測(cè)試與GOLD分級(jí)存在高度的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the correlation between COPD assessment test (cat) and gold grade in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in respiratory department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region people's Hospital was evaluated by cat Chinese version. The routine pulmonary function and bronchiectasis were measured by the same pulmonary function instrument. According to the score of cat score, the quality of life of patients was graded, and according to the result of bronchiectasis, FEV1 of the patients was evaluated by gold grade after bronchiectasis test. The results were compared, and the correlation of the results was analyzed. Results among 80 patients with COPD, 71 males and 9 females, aged 50-84 years, averaged (65 鹵10) years old, the total score of cat was 5-39, including 9 cases with "slight effect", 33 cases with "moderate effect" and 29 cases with "serious effect".
