【摘要】：目的分析替加環(huán)素治療肺炎的狀況。方法檢索PubMed、SCI、EMbase、中國知網(wǎng)、萬方5個數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過EndNote 7.0軟件,用文獻計量學(xué)方法,對納入文獻的年代、發(fā)表國家、研究內(nèi)容等進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果共納入文獻139篇,主要集中于高劑量替加環(huán)素治療社區(qū)獲得性肺炎、醫(yī)院獲得性肺炎和呼吸機相關(guān)肺炎的動物實驗,以及以替加環(huán)素為基礎(chǔ)的聯(lián)合用藥方法治療肺炎。結(jié)論替加環(huán)素治療肺炎集中于替加環(huán)素的高劑量應(yīng)用和聯(lián)合用藥。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the status of tigicycline in the treatment of pneumonia. Methods five databases of PubMedus SCI EMbase, China knowledge Network and Wanfang were searched. By means of EndNote 7.0 software and bibliometrics method, statistical analysis was carried out on the years, published countries and research contents of the published documents. Results A total of 139 articles were included, which were mainly focused on the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia, nosocomial pneumonia and ventilator-associated pneumonia with high dose of tegicycline, and the combined treatment of pneumonia based on tegicycline. Conclusion tigicycline in the treatment of pneumonia is concentrated in the high-dose and combined use of tegicycline.
