【摘要】：COPD的病程較長,其疾病管理效果對患者生活質(zhì)量有著顯著影響。既往�？漆t(yī)生多關(guān)注于COPD患者的住院治療,本刊連續(xù)兩期對COPD的疾病研究進(jìn)展和疾病管理進(jìn)行報道,意在引導(dǎo)社區(qū)全科醫(yī)生對COPD患者的重視,充分發(fā)揮社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的優(yōu)勢,加強(qiáng)對COPD患者的管理和隨訪,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。社區(qū)全科醫(yī)生如何對COPD患者進(jìn)行自我管理?如何在診療過程中采用動機(jī)訪談的形式進(jìn)行COPD患者的肺康復(fù)治療?有哪些具體措施加強(qiáng)患者的自我保健與管理及心理行為干預(yù)?從哪些方面入手可以提高COPD患者的隨訪依從性?本期將一一為您解答分析。
[Abstract]:The course of COPD is longer, and the effect of disease management has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients. Previous specialists have paid more attention to the hospitalization of COPD patients. This journal reports on the progress of COPD research and disease management for two consecutive issues, in order to guide community general practitioners to attach importance to COPD patients and give full play to the advantages of community health services. To strengthen the management and follow-up of COPD patients, improve the quality of life of patients. How do Community General Practitioners manage themselves for COPD patients? How to use the form of motivation interview in the diagnosis and treatment of COPD patients lung rehabilitation treatment? What specific measures are there to strengthen patients' self-care and management and psychological and behavioral interventions? What aspects can improve the follow-up compliance of COPD patients?
