壹期煤工塵肺患者血清氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)水平變化

【摘要】:目的探討壹期煤工塵肺(CWP)患者血清氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)血紅素氧合酶-1(HO-1)、核因子E2相關(guān)因子2(Nrf2)、總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、8-異前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)及脂質(zhì)過(guò)氧化產(chǎn)物(LPO)水平變化及意義。方法采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測(cè)33名井上健康工人(對(duì)照組),40名井下健康接塵礦工(接塵組)及91例壹期CWP患者(CWP組)血清中HO-1、Nrf2和8-iso-PGF2α水平;化學(xué)比色法檢測(cè)血清T-AOC和LPO水平。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,接塵組Nrf2、T-AOC和LPO水平升高,CWP組LPO水平升高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05,P0.01),CWP組T-AOC水平低于接塵組(P0.01),CWP組飲酒患者血清中HO-1、Nrf2和8-iso-PGF2α水平低于非飲酒者(P0.05)。CWP組HO-1和Nrf2、8-iso-PGF2α,Nrf2和8-iso-PGF2α水平呈明顯正相關(guān)(rs值分別為0.840、0.882、0.885,P0.01)。結(jié)論氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)與壹期CWP發(fā)生發(fā)展有關(guān);飲酒可影響CWP患者氧化應(yīng)激水平;檢測(cè)TAOC水平有助于CWP的早期篩檢。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and significance of serum oxidative stress indexes such as heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), nuclear factor E2 related factor 2 (Nrf2), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), 8-iso-PGF2 偽 and lipid peroxidation products (LPO) in patients with coal worker pneumoconiosis (CWP). Methods the serum levels of HO-1Nrf2 and 8-iso-PGF2 偽 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) in 33 healthy miners (control group) and 91 CWP patients (CWP group), and serum T-AOC and LPO levels were detected by chemical colorimetry. Results compared with the control group, the levels of Nrf2 T-AOC and LPO in the dust exposed group were higher than those in the CWP group, and the LPO level in the CWP group was higher than that in the control group. The levels of T-AOC in CWP group were significantly lower than those in CWP group (P0.01). The serum levels of HO-1nrf2 and 8-iso-PGF2 偽 in CWP group were significantly lower than those in non-drinkers (P0.05). The levels of HO-1, Nrf28-iso-PGF2 偽 Nrf2 and 8-iso-PGF2 偽 in CWP group were significantly higher than those in non-drinkers (rs = 0.8400.8820.885P0.01, respectively). Conclusion oxidative stress response is related to the development of CWP, alcohol consumption can affect the oxidative stress level of CWP patients, detection of TAOC level is helpful for early screening of CWP patients.
