三拗芎葶湯對(duì)COPD急性加重期痰熱郁肺證型患者8-異前列腺素F2α的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討中醫(yī)藥三拗芎葶湯對(duì)COPD急性加重期痰熱郁肺證患者的臨床療效以及其對(duì)體內(nèi)氧化/抗氧化失衡狀態(tài)的影響。 方法:收集患者共60例,隨機(jī)分為治療組、對(duì)照組各30例。對(duì)照組給予西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組在西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療上加用三拗芎葶湯口服,療程均為10天。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析兩組治療前后癥狀積分、肺功能及血8-異前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)。 結(jié)果:治療前兩組患者的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果無顯著性差異(P0.05),具有可比性。兩組患者治療后臨床癥狀、體征積分均較治療前明顯改善,且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。治療組總顯效率明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),并且對(duì)肺功能的改善更明顯(P0.05)。兩組患者血8-異前列腺素F2α水平治療后均顯著下降,治療組的下降水平與對(duì)照組相比差異有顯著性(P0.05)。 結(jié)論:三拗芎葶湯聯(lián)合西醫(yī)綜合治療能更好地改善患者臨床癥狀及肺功能,并具有較好的抗氧化作用,改善體內(nèi)氧化/抗氧化失衡。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Sanwaoxiongting decoction (TCM) on the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD with phlegm and heat stagnation and its effect on the imbalance of oxidation and antioxidation in vivo. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with basic western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Sanao Xiongting decoction for 10 days. Symptom score, pulmonary function and blood 8-iso-PGF2 偽 were statistically analyzed before and after treatment. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved after treatment in both groups, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the improvement of pulmonary function was more obvious (P0.05). The blood 8-isoprostaglandin F _ 2 偽 level in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Sanwaoxiongting decoction combined with western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of the patients, and has a better antioxidant effect, and improve the imbalance of oxidation / antioxidation in vivo.
