【摘要】：目的:探討加味麻杏石甘湯配合穴位貼敷對AECOPD肺功能、炎癥因子和生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:選擇2015年1月—2016年12月本院受療的90例AECOPD患者為研究對象,按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組,對照組采用穴位貼敷治療,治療組采用加味麻杏石甘湯配合藥物穴位貼敷,治療2周后,觀察兩組患者的臨床療效、肺功能、炎性因子及患者的生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果:治療組的總有效率為93.75%,顯著高于對照組的79.19%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后治療組和對照組的肺功能均較治療前提高,治療組的好轉(zhuǎn)幅度大于對照組,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后兩組患者的血清TNF-α、PCT、IL-8均低于治療前,且治療組的低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后兩組患者的情緒功能、認知功能、角色功能、軀體功能、社會功能等生活質(zhì)量評分均高于治療前,且觀察組優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:加味麻杏石甘湯配合穴位貼敷可提高AECOPD患者的臨床療效,改善患者的肺功能,降低炎癥因子表達,提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of modified maxing Shigan decoction combined with acupoint application on pulmonary function, inflammatory factors and quality of life of AECOPD. Methods: 90 patients with AECOPD who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study objects. According to the method of random digital table, they were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with acupoint application. The treatment group was treated with modified maxing Shigan decoction combined with drug acupoint application. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, pulmonary function, inflammatory factors and the quality of life of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75 significantly higher than that of the control group 79.19 (P0.05). After treatment, the lung function of the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with before treatment, the improvement range of the treatment group was larger than that of the control group, which had statistical significance (P0.05). After treatment, the serum TNF- 偽 -PCTT IL-8 in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of emotional function, cognitive function, role function, somatic function and social function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: modified Maxingshigan decoction combined with acupoint application can improve the clinical efficacy of AECOPD patients, improve the pulmonary function of patients, reduce the expression of inflammatory factors, and improve the quality of life of patients with AECOPD.
