【摘要】：正近年來,隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展及環(huán)境的不斷惡化,人們的生活方式變化,導(dǎo)致臨床各類疾病的發(fā)生率逐步增加,其中肺氣腫十分嚴(yán)重,因此成為臨床研究難點(diǎn)之一。本文探討頭孢呋辛鈉聯(lián)合清開靈治療老年肺氣腫合并感染的臨床效果。1資料與方法1.1臨床資料本院2014年6月至2015年7月收治的老年肺氣腫合并感染102例,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,各51例,均符合中華醫(yī)學(xué)會呼吸內(nèi)科學(xué)會制定的老年肺氣腫合并感染的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。所有患者及家屬均知情同意并堅(jiān)持完成治療。排除合并嚴(yán)重心、肺、
