【摘要】：目的：分析不同免疫宿主肺隱球菌病的臨床表現(xiàn)、治療及隨診。 方法：回顧性分析2004年1月至2010年12月我院確診為PC患者的臨床資料。 結(jié)果：確診為肺隱球菌病共26例，其中免疫缺陷9例，免疫正常17例。免疫缺陷組僅3例無癥狀，而免疫正常組有11例無癥狀。免疫缺陷組有6例（66.7%）累及雙肺，而免疫正常組僅5例（29.4%）累及雙肺。兩組病例共隨診18例，均未發(fā)生隱球菌全身播散。 結(jié)論：肺隱球菌病起病隱匿，臨床及影像學(xué)不特異，，診斷主要依賴病原學(xué)及病理檢查。治療應(yīng)根據(jù)不同患者的免疫狀況采取合理的方法，免疫功能正常的患者預(yù)后較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical manifestation, treatment and follow-up of pulmonary cryptococcosis of different immune hosts. Methods: the clinical data of PC patients diagnosed in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 26 cases of pulmonary cryptococcosis were diagnosed, including 9 cases of immune deficiency and 17 cases of normal immunity. Only 3 cases were asymptomatic in the immune deficiency group and 11 cases were asymptomatic in the normal immune group. In the immune deficiency group, 6 cases (66.7%) involved both lungs, while in the normal immune group, only 5 cases (29.4%) involved both lungs. 18 cases were followed up in both groups, and no systemic dissemination of Cryptococcus occurred. Conclusion: pulmonary Cryptococcus disease is occult, and its clinical and imaging features are not specific. The diagnosis mainly depends on etiology and pathological examination. The patients with normal immune function should take reasonable methods according to the immune status of different patients, and the prognosis of the patients with normal immune function is better.
