【摘要】：核因子(NF)κB是一種廣泛存在多種組織細(xì)胞的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,其信號(hào)通路的異常激活能導(dǎo)致哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)等肺部炎癥性疾病的產(chǎn)生,而抑制其活性可有效緩解以上疾病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。本文對(duì)NF-κB的生物學(xué)特征及其信號(hào)通路在哮喘和COPD等炎癥性疾病中的作用以及NF-κB抑制劑治療哮喘和COPD等炎癥性疾病中的進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,為進(jìn)一步闡述哮喘和COPD等肺部炎癥性疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制、預(yù)防及控制提供參考。
[Abstract]:Nuclear factor NF) 魏 B is a transcription factor that widely exists in a variety of tissue cells. Abnormal activation of its signaling pathway can lead to the production of pulmonary inflammatory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Inhibition of its activity can effectively alleviate the occurrence and development of the above diseases. In this review, the biological characteristics of NF- 魏 B and the role of NF- 魏 B signaling pathway in inflammatory diseases such as asthma and COPD, as well as the progress of NF- 魏 B inhibitors in the treatment of inflammatory diseases such as asthma and COPD were reviewed. To further explain the pathogenesis, prevention and control of pulmonary inflammatory diseases such as asthma and COPD.
