【摘要】：目的了解居家化療傳染性肺結(jié)核患者服藥依從性狀況,探討其可能的影響因素。方法采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣方法,選取山東省6個(gè)地區(qū)共720例居家化療肺結(jié)核患者作為研究對(duì)象,使用自行編制的問(wèn)卷對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 720例調(diào)查對(duì)象中,男性506例(70.3%),女性214例(19.7%);服藥依從者316例(43.9%),服藥不依從者404例(56.1%);未婚118例(16.4%),已婚551例(76.5%),離婚或喪偶50例(6.9%),以離婚或喪偶作為參照,在婚者服藥依從性較好(OR=0.490,P=0.026);新農(nóng)合621例(86.2%),城鎮(zhèn)職工醫(yī)保99例(13.8%),以新農(nóng)合為參照,城鎮(zhèn)職工醫(yī)�；颊叻幰缽男暂^差(OR=2.415,P=0.003);城鎮(zhèn)戶籍56例(7.8%),農(nóng)村戶籍664例(97.2%),以城鎮(zhèn)戶籍為參照,農(nóng)村戶籍患者服藥依從性較差(OR=2.019,P=0.044)。結(jié)論山東6縣區(qū)居家化療傳染性肺結(jié)核患者半數(shù)以上存在服藥不依從行為,服藥依從性與婚姻狀態(tài)、醫(yī)療保障類型以及家庭戶籍類型相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the drug compliance of family chemotherapy patients with infectious pulmonary tuberculosis and explore its possible influencing factors. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 720 patients with chemotherapy pulmonary tuberculosis in 6 regions of Shandong province. Results among 720 subjects, 506 were male and 214 were female, 316 were 43.9, 404 were not, 118 were unmarried, 551 were married, 50 were divorced or widowed, 50 were divorced or widowed. The drug compliance of married people is better than that of Orang 0.490 Pu 0.026; Xinrong 621 cases have 86.2%, urban workers' medical insurance 99 cases have 13.820%, taking Xinrong as a reference, urban workers' poor compliance with taking medicine is 2.415U P0. 003; urban household registration 56 cases 7.8m; rural household registration 664 cases 97.2Dhe, with urban household registration as reference. The drug compliance of rural household registration patients was lower than that of ORG 2. 019 (P < 0. 044). Conclusion more than half of the patients with chemotherapeutic infectious pulmonary tuberculosis in 6 counties of Shandong province have drug disobedience behavior. The drug compliance is related to marital status, medical security type and household registration type.
