【摘要】：目的分析廣西傳染病報告信息管理系統(tǒng)報告與結(jié)核病管理信息系統(tǒng)登記肺結(jié)核患者不一致的原因。方法對2014年廣西2大網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)報告登記的肺結(jié)核患者信息進行逐一核對和現(xiàn)場核查,找出差異和原因。結(jié)果 2系統(tǒng)平均一致率為65.45%;傳染病報告信息管理系統(tǒng)已報告但結(jié)核病管理信息系統(tǒng)未登記的主要原因為到位未收治(6 794例,占全區(qū)專報未登記總數(shù)的37.74%)、追蹤未到位(5 398例,占29.98%)及無追蹤信息(3 326例,占18.47%)等;廣西各大綜合醫(yī)院報告肺結(jié)核患者或疑似患者平均轉(zhuǎn)診到位率為54.95%,結(jié)果比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);現(xiàn)場核查發(fā)現(xiàn)流動人口、跨區(qū)域診療以及醫(yī)院截留患者是到位未收治和追蹤未到位的重要原因。結(jié)論綜合醫(yī)院轉(zhuǎn)診力度不足、醫(yī)防合作和結(jié)核病歸口管理欠缺是導(dǎo)致2系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)不一致的原因。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes of inconsistency between Guangxi infectious disease report information management system and tuberculosis management information system. Methods the information of pulmonary tuberculosis patients reported and registered in two major network systems in Guangxi in 2014 were checked and checked one by one, and the differences and causes were found out. Results the average consistent rate of the system was 65.45%, the main reason of the infectious disease report information management system was reported but the tuberculosis management information system was not registered, the main reason was that 6,794 cases were not admitted to the hospital, which accounted for 37.7474% of the total unregistered cases reported in the whole district, and 5 398 cases were not followed up. The average referral rate of TB patients or suspected patients reported by major general hospitals in Guangxi was 54.95. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Cross-regional diagnosis and treatment as well as hospital interception are important reasons for not being admitted and followed up. Conclusion the lack of referral in general hospitals, medical cooperation and tuberculosis management are the reasons for the inconsistency of data between the two systems.
