【摘要】：呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)是一種能引起呼吸道感染性疾病的病原體,其引起的免疫反應(yīng)和對氣道的影響復(fù)雜,經(jīng)其感染后機體也不能形成長久的免疫記憶,患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病的老年群體感染后有著急性惡化的風(fēng)險。雖然有效的治療方案仍不明朗,但是對于新型抗病毒藥物的測試以及可能引起持久免疫而不增加疾病風(fēng)險的疫苗的開發(fā)是樂觀的。
[Abstract]:Respiratory syncytial virus (RSVV) is a pathogen that can cause respiratory infectious diseases. Its immune response and influence on the airway are complex, and the body can not form long-term immune memory after its infection. Elderly people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are at risk of acute exacerbation after infection. While effective treatment options remain unclear, there is optimism about the testing of new antiviral drugs and the development of vaccines that may cause persistent immunization without increasing the risk of disease.
