【摘要】：目的:探討半夏瀉心湯聯(lián)合三聯(lián)藥物療法治療頑固性慢性咳嗽的效果及機(jī)制。方法:選取2011年3月至2013年3月間于我院接受診斷和治療的頑固性慢性咳嗽患者72例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各36例。觀察組患者給予半夏瀉心湯聯(lián)合三聯(lián)藥物療法治療,對(duì)照組患者僅給予三聯(lián)藥物療法治療。結(jié)果:觀察組顯效率75.00%,明顯高于對(duì)照組61.11%(P0.05);觀察組總有效率97.22%,明顯高于對(duì)照組88.89%(P0.05)。觀察組患者入睡時(shí)間平均為(11.3±2.8)min,明顯短于對(duì)照組(16.2±2.5)min(P0.05);觀察組患者咳醒次數(shù)平均為(1.2±0.3)次,明顯短于對(duì)照組(1.9±0.4)次(P0.05)。結(jié)論:半夏瀉心湯聯(lián)合三聯(lián)藥物療法治療頑固性慢性咳嗽具有較好的臨床效果,值得臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect and mechanism of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with triple drug therapy in the treatment of intractable chronic cough. Methods: from March 2011 to March 2013, 72 patients with intractable chronic cough who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were divided into observation group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The patients in the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with triple drug therapy, while the patients in the control group were only treated with triple drug therapy. Results: the markedly effective rate of the observation group was 75.00, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (61.11) and the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%, which was obviously higher than that of the control group (88.89%). The average sleeping time of the patients in the observation group was 11.3 鹵2.8 minutes, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (16.2 鹵2.5min) P0.05A, and the average number of coughing wakes in the observation group was 1.2 鹵0.3 times, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (1.9 鹵0.4) times (P0.05A). Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with triple drug therapy has a good clinical effect on refractory chronic cough and is worth popularizing in clinic.
