【摘要】：目的通過(guò)采取有效的干預(yù)措施,降低ICU機(jī)械通氣患者呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺炎(VAP)發(fā)生率。方法從2011年開(kāi)始對(duì)入住ICU使用呼吸機(jī)48h患者采取目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測(cè),1-6月份采用常規(guī)護(hù)理措施,不進(jìn)行實(shí)地干預(yù),7-12月份通過(guò)對(duì)VAP高發(fā)原因分析后采用跟班督導(dǎo)的方式,按照制定的VAP預(yù)防控制措施進(jìn)行干預(yù)。結(jié)果采用跟班督導(dǎo)等一系列有效的護(hù)理干預(yù)措施后,ICU機(jī)械通氣患者在機(jī)械通氣例數(shù)增加的情況下,VAP千日感染率從干預(yù)前的61.7‰下降至干預(yù)后的38.6‰,干預(yù)前后感染率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 ICU機(jī)械通氣患者通過(guò)加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員預(yù)防控制知識(shí)的教育培訓(xùn)、抬高病床頭、聲門(mén)下分泌物吸引、加強(qiáng)醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生以及設(shè)備的管理,能有效降低VAP感染率,保證患者安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in ICU patients by effective intervention. Methods from 2011, the patients who were admitted to ICU for 48 hours were monitored with routine nursing measures from January to June. The routine nursing measures were adopted in July and December without field intervention.
