【摘要】：為了解胸膜增厚對塵肺病患者肺通氣功能的影響,隨機抽取2011年10月-2012年5月在廣西壯族自治區(qū)職業(yè)病防治研究院住院的塵肺病患者108例,根據超聲測量所得的胸膜厚度,分成3組,即胸膜正常組(60例)、局限性胸膜增厚組(27例)及彌漫性胸膜增厚組(21例),測定各組患者的肺功能。結果顯示,彌漫性胸膜增厚組肺通氣功能異常率最高,與胸膜正常組及局限性胸膜增厚組進行組間比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。提示,胸膜增厚對塵肺病患者肺功能損害具有協(xié)同效應。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the effect of pleural thickening on pulmonary ventilation function in patients with pneumoconiosis, 108 pneumoconiosis patients were randomly selected from October 2011 to May 2012 in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control. The pleural thickness was measured by ultrasound. The patients were divided into 3 groups: 60 cases in the normal pleura group, 27 cases in the local pleural thickening group and 21 cases in the diffuse pleural thickening group. The pulmonary function of the patients in each group was measured. The results showed that the abnormal rate of pulmonary ventilation function in diffuse pleural thickening group was the highest, and there was significant difference between the two groups compared with the normal pleural group and the local pleural thickening group (P 0.05). The results suggest that pleural thickening has synergistic effect on lung function damage in patients with pneumoconiosis.
