【摘要】：筆者介紹了比較效益研究(comparative effectiveness research,CER)的基本內(nèi)涵,闡述了CER在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)臨床研究中的應用�；诮陙碇嗅t(yī)藥治療COPD研究實踐,從COPD有效中藥篩選,治療方案、方法、技術(shù)建立,結(jié)局評價等方面提出了COPDCER中醫(yī)藥干預切入點的思考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the basic connotation of comparative effectiveness research, and expounds the application of CER in the clinical study of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (cad) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Based on the research practice of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of COPD in recent years, this paper puts forward the thinking of TCM intervention in COPDCER from the aspects of COPD effective Chinese medicine screening, treatment scheme, method, technology establishment, outcome evaluation and so on.
