【摘要】：正患者,女,57歲,以"呼吸困難6年,加重1個月"為主訴入院。該患者6年前起出現(xiàn)活動性呼吸困難,經(jīng)抗感染治療可緩解,此后反復發(fā)作。近1個月來出現(xiàn)靜息狀態(tài)下呼吸困難,遂來我院門診就診,抗感染、對癥等治療2周,效果欠佳。既往1975年曾出現(xiàn)雙側(cè)上肢多形性紅斑,治療后好轉(zhuǎn);1982年起出現(xiàn)牙齒呈小片狀脫落,至1985年只留殘根;1986年患腮腺炎,治療后好轉(zhuǎn);
[Abstract]:The patient, 57 years old, was admitted to hospital with 6 years of dyspnea and 1 month of aggravation. The patient developed active dyspnea 6 years ago, which can be alleviated by anti-infection treatment, and then repeated attacks. In the past one month, dyspnea occurred in the resting state, so we came to our outpatient clinic for 2 weeks to treat the disease and so on, the effect was not good. In 1975, there were multiple erythema on both upper extremities, which was improved after treatment; from 1982 to 1985, only residual root was left in teeth, and mumps was improved after treatment.
