【摘要】：正軍團(tuán)菌廣泛存在于自然界水源中,感染后主要引起肺炎和肺外器官損害,臨床表現(xiàn)各異,目前世界多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)均有軍團(tuán)菌病的報(bào)道[1],但軍團(tuán)菌肺炎并發(fā)尿崩癥目前國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)尚少見報(bào)道。本院收治1例,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。1臨床資料患者女性,60歲,因"咳嗽、咳痰3 d,伴間隙高熱1 d"于2012年11月3日入急診病房。3 d前因受涼后出現(xiàn)咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困難,1 d前出現(xiàn)納差、惡心、乏力、發(fā)熱,體溫最高40℃。查體:體溫36.6℃,脈搏93次/min,呼吸23次/min,血壓80/50 mmHg。神志清楚,精神萎靡,脈搏細(xì)弱。口唇輕度發(fā)紺,雙
