【摘要】：目的了解衢州市高三學(xué)生結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)、行為及需求情況,為探索學(xué)校結(jié)核病防治健康教育及健康促進(jìn)策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,對(duì)衢州市6所高中(4所城市高中、2所農(nóng)村高中)的1 036名高三學(xué)生進(jìn)行結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)、行為及需求調(diào)查。結(jié)果衢州市高三學(xué)生結(jié)核病防治核心知識(shí)總知曉率為39.28%,其中男生(35.32%)低于女生(44.21%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);城市學(xué)生對(duì)結(jié)核病就診地點(diǎn)、免費(fèi)政策、能否治愈的知曉率高于農(nóng)村學(xué)校,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.01);在"咳嗽、咳痰≥2周及時(shí)就診"、"就診地點(diǎn)為定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院"、"不隨地吐痰"等方面的行為形成率,城市學(xué)校學(xué)生均高于農(nóng)村學(xué)校學(xué)生,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);在結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)的需求途徑比較中,需求強(qiáng)烈程度從高到低依次為"知識(shí)講座"(61.98%)、"宣傳材料"(40.34%)、"網(wǎng)絡(luò)"(30.49%)、"電視廣播"(20.86%)、"報(bào)刊雜志"(15.16%)、"朋友交流"(14.74%),城市和農(nóng)村學(xué)校學(xué)生差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論衢州市高三學(xué)生結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)總知曉率及行為形成率均較低,且農(nóng)村學(xué)校學(xué)生明顯低于城市學(xué)校學(xué)生;但對(duì)結(jié)核病知識(shí)的需求強(qiáng)烈。應(yīng)根據(jù)中學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)開展有效的宣傳方式,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村學(xué)校的宣傳工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge, behavior and demand of tuberculosis prevention and control among senior high school students in Quzhou, so as to provide scientific basis for exploring health education and health promotion strategies for tuberculosis prevention and treatment in schools. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the knowledge, behavior and demand of tuberculosis control among 1 036 senior high school students from 6 high schools in Quzhou. Results the total awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control core knowledge among the students in Quzhou was 39.28, among which the male students were 35.32% lower than the girls 44.21%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01), the rate of knowing whether the city students could cure the tuberculosis was higher than that of the rural school.
