【摘要】:本文研究脈沖疫苗接種策略對根除肺結(jié)核的作用.因為肺結(jié)核染病個體的傳染力和其感染的時間及生理年齡有密切關(guān)系.本文建立了一類帶有染病年齡和生理年齡的雙菌株肺結(jié)核SIJR模型.并通過對易感個體脈沖接種疫苗來控制肺結(jié)核的傳播.本文結(jié)果顯示.當脈沖周期T和易感者疫苗接種比例p滿足條件R0(p,T)1時,存在一個全局穩(wěn)定的無病平衡狀態(tài),即在一定條件下,肺結(jié)核是可以根除的.本文最后討論了帶有有限資源的疫苗接種的最優(yōu)控制問題.
[Abstract]:This paper studies the effect of pulse vaccination strategy on the eradication of pulmonary tuberculosis. Because the infection rate of pulmonary tuberculosis is closely related to the time of infection and physiological age. A SIJR model of two strains pulmonary tuberculosis with infected age and physiological age was established in this paper. The transmission of tuberculosis is controlled by pulse vaccination of susceptible individuals. The results show that. When pulse cycle T and susceptible vaccination ratio p meet condition R0 pT1, there is a globally stable disease-free equilibrium state, that is, tuberculosis can be eradicated under certain conditions. Finally, the optimal control of vaccination with limited resources is discussed.
