骨橋蛋白與肺部疾病關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正骨橋蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)是一種糖基化蛋白,廣泛存在于細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)中。最初認(rèn)為OPN是一種重要的骨基質(zhì)蛋白,與骨的形成和發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。但近年來發(fā)現(xiàn)OPN在各種組織中均有表達(dá),如骨、腎、肺、肝、膀胱、乳腺、睪丸、腦、胰腺等~([1])。同時(shí),OPN在多種細(xì)胞類型中也有表達(dá),如骨細(xì)胞、神經(jīng)細(xì)胞、上皮細(xì)胞、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、血管平滑肌細(xì)胞、活化的T淋巴細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞等~([2])。越來越多證據(jù)表明OPN參與了肺部疾病的病理過程,本文將就OPN與部分肺部疾病的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述,為這些疾病的診治提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Osteopontin (OPN) is a glycosylated protein widely found in extracellular matrix.OPN was initially considered to be an important bone matrix protein closely related to bone formation and development.However, in recent years, it has been found that OPN is expressed in various tissues, such as bone, kidney, lung, liver, bladder, mammary gland, testis, brain, pancreas and so on.At the same time, OPN is also expressed in many cell types, such as bone cells, nerve cells, epithelial cells, endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, activated T lymphocytes, macrophages and so on.More and more evidences show that OPN is involved in the pathological process of pulmonary diseases. This article will review the research progress of OPN and some pulmonary diseases, and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.
