【摘要】：目的：探討慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者治療前后血清中激活素A（ACTA）與轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平，并分析二者的相關(guān)性，以及二者與FEV1%的相關(guān)性，為COPD患者的病情評估、療效觀察提供臨床指導(dǎo)。 方法：采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗法（enzyme linked immunosorbent assay，ELISA）對40例AECOPD患者治療前后血清ACTA與TGF-β1水平及40例正常對照組血清ACTA與TGF-β1水平進行檢測。同時患者入院時用肺功能儀測定肺功能。 結(jié)果：1、COPD組治療前血清ACTA及血清TGF-β1水平均高于正常對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P0.01）；治療后血清ACTA及血清TGF-β1水平較治療前均明顯降低，，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P0.01，P0.05）；COPD治療后ACTA、TGF-β1濃度均較正常組高，但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。2、COPD極重度組ACTA（32.54±3.92）ng/ml高于重度組（31.84±2.78）ng/ml及輕中度組（30.90±4.93）ng/ml，任意兩組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）；極重度組TGF-β1（724.29±93.26）ng/L高于重度組（711.91±114.37）ng/L及輕中度組（615.65±191.14）ng/L，任意兩組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。3、COPD組在治療前后ACTA與TGF-β1均有正相關(guān)性，治療前的相關(guān)系數(shù)大于治療后相關(guān)系數(shù)；治療前ACTA、TGF-β1與FEV1%均有負(fù)相關(guān)性。 結(jié)論：(1)血清ACTA與TGF-β1水平在AECOPD顯著升高，提示二者可能與機體的急性炎癥反應(yīng)有關(guān)，可作為反映COPD急性發(fā)作的因子。(2)血清ACTA與TGF-β1水平在AECOPD患者治療后顯著低于治療前，具有良好的正相關(guān)性，提示二者可作為評價治療效果的敏感指標(biāo)。(3)血清ACTA、TGF-β1水平在AECOPD患者治療前明顯升高，且與FEV1%呈負(fù)相關(guān)，表明COPD患者血清ACTA、TGF-β1水平升高與氣道炎癥和氣道重塑存在關(guān)聯(lián)，可間接反映患者通氣功能，提示ACTA、TGF-β1參與了COPD的病理生理過程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the serum levels of activin A (ACTAA) and transforming growth factor- 尾 1 TGF- 尾 1 (TGF- 尾 1) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) before and after treatment, and to analyze the correlation between them and FEV1%, so as to evaluate the condition of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Observation of curative effect provides clinical guidance.Methods: the serum levels of ACTA and TGF- 尾 1 in 40 patients with AECOPD before and after treatment were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assaysa assay and serum ACTA and TGF- 尾 1 levels in 40 normal controls before and after treatment.At the same time, the pulmonary function was measured by pulmonary function instrument on admission.Results the levels of serum ACTA and TGF- 尾 1 in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group before and after treatment, and the levels of serum ACTA and TGF- 尾 1 were significantly decreased after treatment.The levels of TGF- 尾 1 in patients with COPD after treatment were significantly higher than those in normal controls.浣嗗樊寮傛棤緇熻瀛︽剰涔
