【摘要】:自噬是通過溶酶體降解細胞質(zhì)蛋白或細胞器實現(xiàn)細胞自我更新的一個重要途徑,是廣泛存在于真核細胞中的一種基本生命現(xiàn)象,與機體的生理、病理過程密切相關(guān)。對于自噬的認識已由最初的形態(tài)學深入到分子生物學。自噬不僅僅參于到氨基酸等物質(zhì)的降解,還作為細胞保護作用的重要組成部分。自噬參于呼吸系統(tǒng)抵御外界侵襲的保護作用。然而,自噬受損與呼吸系統(tǒng)許多疾病的進展有十分緊密的聯(lián)系。外界因素導致自噬缺乏或過度表達均可導致疾病的發(fā)展。在肺疾病的發(fā)病機制中,,自噬及其蛋白在調(diào)控疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展的過程中扮演著不同的角色。本文著重探討自噬與呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的關(guān)系以及自噬在呼吸系統(tǒng)相關(guān)疾病治療中的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Autophagy is an important way for cell self-renewal through lysosomal degradation of cytoplasmic protein or organelle. Autophagy is a basic life phenomenon widely found in eukaryotic cells and is closely related to the physiological and pathological processes of the body.The understanding of autophagy has gone from the initial morphology to molecular biology.Autophagy is not only involved in the degradation of amino acids, but also plays an important role in cell protection.Autophagy protects the respiratory system against external invasion.However, autophagy impairment is closely related to the progression of many respiratory diseases.External factors leading to autophagy deficiency or overexpression can lead to the development of the disease.Autophagy and its proteins play different roles in the pathogenesis of lung disease.This paper focuses on the relationship between autophagy and respiratory diseases and the prospect of autophagy in the treatment of respiratory system related diseases.
