ADAM33基因rs512625、rs511898、rs528557多態(tài)性與大魚際掌紋特應(yīng)征的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:探討ADAM33基因多態(tài)性與青島地區(qū)漢族成人哮喘患者大魚際掌紋特應(yīng)征的相關(guān)性。方法:引入計算機(jī)識別系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)大魚際掌紋特應(yīng)征客觀量化分級,采用SNa Pshot方法檢測400例哮喘患者和200例正常對照的ADAM33基因rs512625、rs511898和rs528557共3個多態(tài)位點的基因型和等位基因頻率。結(jié)果:ADAM33基因rs512625、rs511898和rs528557的基因型頻率在掌紋陰性組和掌紋陽性組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:ADAM33基因rs512625、rs511898和rs528557多態(tài)性與大魚際掌紋特應(yīng)征不存在相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the association between ADAM33 gene polymorphism and the application of palmar palmprint in adult asthmatic patients in Qingdao. Methods: a computer recognition system was introduced to realize the objective and quantitative classification of the application of the hypothenar palmprint. The genotypes and alleles of ADAM33 gene rs512625rs511898 and rs528557 in 400 asthmatic patients and 200 normal controls were detected by SNa Pshot method. Results the genotype frequencies of rs512625rs511898 and rs528557 of the ADAM33 gene rs512625rs511898 were detected in palmprint negative group and palmprint type group. Conclusion there is no correlation between the rs512625rs511898 and rs528557 polymorphisms of the 1: ADAM33 gene and the application of thenar palmprint.
