【摘要】：正肺結(jié)核合并糖尿病患者往往起病較急、進(jìn)展惡化快,癥狀明顯增多〔1〕�？焖�、安全的控制血糖水平是保障此類患者治療效果的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本研究對比觀察胰島素泵皮下連續(xù)注射(CSII)和胰島素多次皮下注射(MSII)在控制血糖的有效性、安全性以及肺結(jié)核病情恢復(fù)方面的差別。1資料與方法1.1一般資料2009年2月至2012年6月我院結(jié)核科住院的老年肺結(jié)核合并2型糖尿病患者89例。其中男52例,女37
[Abstract]:Patients with positive pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes tend to develop more rapidly, progress quickly, and symptoms increase significantly. Safe control of blood glucose level is an important link to ensure the therapeutic effect of this kind of patients. This study compared the effectiveness of insulin pump subcutaneous continuous injection (CSII) and insulin multiple subcutaneous injection (MSII) in the control of blood glucose. Safety and recovery of pulmonary tuberculosis. 1 data and methods 1. 1 General data from February 2009 to June 2012, 89 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were hospitalized in tuberculosis department of our hospital. Among them, 52 cases were males and 37 cases were females.
