【摘要】：目的觀察補(bǔ)陽還五湯聯(lián)合漢防己甲素片改善矽肺肺纖維化的效果。方法將60例患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各30例。對(duì)照組在常規(guī)止咳、平喘、抗炎治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用漢防己甲素片,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用補(bǔ)陽還五湯,療程6個(gè)月。比較兩組治療前后臨床癥狀、血清Ⅲ型前膠原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型膠原(Ⅳ-C)、透明質(zhì)酸酶(HA)、層粘連蛋白(LN)含量及肺功能各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果觀察組治療后臨床表現(xiàn)評(píng)分較治療前明顯改善,血清PCⅢ、IV-C、HA、LN水平均有不同程度降低,肺功能FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC等指標(biāo)較治療前明顯改善,與對(duì)照組相比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論補(bǔ)陽還五湯聯(lián)合漢防己甲素片能夠改善矽肺患者的臨床表現(xiàn),提高其肺功能,降低血清纖維化指標(biāo),具有良好的抗矽肺肺纖維化作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Tetrandrine tablet on silicosis fibrosis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.
