【摘要】：正隱源性機(jī)化性肺炎(cryptogenic organizing pneumonia,COP)屬于特發(fā)性間質(zhì)性肺炎的一個(gè)亞型,發(fā)病率不高,但影像學(xué)特征多樣,缺乏特異性的臨床體征,在病程初期極易判斷為其他間質(zhì)性肺部[1-2]。機(jī)化性肺炎的發(fā)病率為(6~7)/10 000,其中超過(guò)半數(shù)為COP。COP一旦確診,規(guī)范應(yīng)用糖皮質(zhì)激素治療可使大部分患者痊愈或病情緩解。因此,分析、歸納COP的臨床特征,特別是肺部CT及病理特征,對(duì)于指導(dǎo)COP的診斷及
[Abstract]:Cryptogenic organizing pneumoniae (CPP) is a subtype of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia. The incidence is not high, but the imaging features are diverse and lack of specific clinical signs.
