【摘要】：正1病人資料病人,女,49歲,于2017年1月2日因反復(fù)咳嗽、咳痰、憋喘20年,加重10余天收入我院呼吸內(nèi)科治療。既往"冠心病"病史8年,未服藥;"腰椎間盤突出癥"病史5年;"雙下肢靜脈曲張"病史10余年,5年前行手術(shù)治療。體格檢查:身高160 cm,體重55 kg,神志清,精神差,桶狀胸,雙下肺叩診呈濁音,雙肺呼吸音低,雙肺聞及干濕性Up音,雙下肢輕
[Abstract]:The patient, aged 49, was admitted to our hospital for more than 10 days because of repeated cough, expectoration and asthma for 20 years on January 2, 2017, and had a history of "coronary heart disease" for 8 years. No medication, 5 years history of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, more than 10 years of history of varicose veins of both lower extremities, 5 years before operation treatment. Physical examination: height 160 cm, weight 55 kg, mind clear, mental retardation, barrel chest, double lower lung percussion with turbid sound, Low respiratory tone in both lungs, low tone in both lungs and dry and wet up, light in both lower limbs
