【摘要】：目的:觀察布地奈德聯(lián)合特布他林治療支氣管哮喘的臨床療效和安全性。方法:80例支氣管哮喘患者隨機均分為對照組和觀察組。兩組患者均給予常規(guī)綜合治療,包括吸氧、止咳、平喘、祛痰、抗感染等。在此基礎上,對照組患者給予布地奈德混懸液1 ml(含布地奈德0.5 mg)加入2 ml 0.9%氯化鈉注射液中霧化吸入,10~15 min/次,bid,早晚進行;觀察組患者在對照組治療的基礎上給予特布他林霧化液1 ml(含特布他林2.5 mg)加入2 ml 0.9%氯化鈉注射液中霧化吸入,10~15 min/次,bid,早晚進行。兩組患者療程均為7 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,治療前后肺功能指標[第1秒用力呼氣容積(FEV1)、FEV1占預計值的百分比(FEV1%)、最大呼氣峰流速(PEF)],臨床癥狀消失時間(氣促消失時間、憋喘消失時間、哮鳴音消失時間、咳嗽消失時間)及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結果:觀察組患者總有效率顯著高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療前兩組患者肺功能指標比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后兩組患者肺功能指標均顯著高于同組治療前,且觀察組高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者氣促消失時間、憋喘消失時間、哮鳴音消失時間、咳嗽消失時間均顯著短于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組患者治療期間均未見明顯不良反應發(fā)生。結論:布地奈德聯(lián)合特布他林治療支氣管哮喘較單用布地奈德療效更好,安全性相似。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of bronchial asthma. The patients in the control group were given budesonide suspension 1 ml (including budesonide 0. 5 mg) and 2 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection. The patients in the observation group were given terbutaline aerosol solution 1 ml (containing terbutaline 2.5 mg) and 2 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The patients in the observation group were given 10 ~ 15 min/ of nebulized inhalation for 10 ~ 15 min/ respectively. The course of treatment in both groups was 7 days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, Pulmonary function index before and after treatment [forced expiratory volume of 1 seconds FEV1 / FEV1 as a percentage of predicted value, FEV1, PEF), time of disappearance of clinical symptoms (time of disappearance of shortness of breath, time of dyspnea disappearance, time of disappearance of wheezing, time of disappearance of wheezing, time of disappearance of wheezing), time of disappearance of clinical symptoms, Results: the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The time of shortness of breath and dyspnea disappeared in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The time of disappearance of wheezing and cough was significantly shorter than that of control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion: budesonide combined with terbutaline is more effective and safe than budesonide alone in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
