【摘要】：目的:探討HHIP基因單核苷酸多態(tài)性與新疆維吾爾族慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)易感性之間的關(guān)系。方法:以233例維吾爾族COPD患者為病例組,292例維吾爾族健康體檢者為對(duì)照組,提取外周血標(biāo)本DNA,運(yùn)用i MLDR分型技術(shù)檢測(cè)HHIP基因rs1828591、rs12504628位點(diǎn)多態(tài)性。結(jié)果:在對(duì)照組和COPD患者中rs1828591、rs12504628位點(diǎn)的基因型、等位基因頻率分布及2種單體型分布無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。rs1828591、rs12504628位點(diǎn)基因型與肺功能FEV1%預(yù)計(jì)值比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:rs1828591、rs12504628位點(diǎn)可能不是新疆維吾爾族COPD易感基因位點(diǎn),rs1828591、rs12504628位點(diǎn)基因型與肺功能FEV1%預(yù)計(jì)值有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of HHIP gene and susceptibility to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in Xinjiang Uygur nationality. The polymorphism of rs1828591rs12504628 in HHIP gene was detected by using I MLDR typing technique. Results: the genotype of rs1828591rs12504628 was detected in control group and COPD patients. There was no significant difference in allele frequency distribution and haplotype distribution between the genotype of rs1828591rs12504628 and the predicted value of pulmonary function FEV1.Conclusion the allele frequency distribution and the distribution of two haplotypes in Xinjiang Uygur nationality may not be the COPD susceptibility gene locus of Xinjiang Uygur nationality, rs1828591rs12504628 is different from the predicted value of pulmonary function FEV1% (P0.055.Conclusion: 1% rs1828591rs12504628 may not be a COPD susceptibility gene locus of Xinjiang Uygur nationality. Locus genotype was associated with FEV 1% predicted value of lung function.
