大鼠肺炎鏈球菌肺炎中血清鐵及血紅蛋白的變化

【摘要】:目的探討大鼠感染肺炎鏈球菌肺炎后血清鐵及血紅蛋白的變化以及感染程度與血清鐵、血紅蛋白之間的關系。方法將60只遠交群大鼠(SD大鼠)隨機分成4組,每組15只,3組為試驗組,經(jīng)口氣管插管注入低、中、高3個梯度的菌液(通過菌量梯度反映肺炎感染嚴重程度),同時設1組未經(jīng)口氣管插管注入菌液對照組,觀察第3、5、7天4組大鼠平均血清鐵及血紅蛋白水平,以及各試驗組菌量梯度與血紅蛋白及血清鐵均值之間的關系。結果中、高菌量組血清鐵水平第3天時與對照組相比即顯著下降(P=0.009,P=0.005),低菌量組第5天時血清鐵水平與對照組相比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.007);中、高菌量組血紅蛋白水平第5天時與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.031,P=0.046),低菌量組血紅蛋白第3、5、7天與對照組相比差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),不同菌量梯度與血清鐵含量平均值呈負相關(r=-0.65、r=-0.53、r=-0.61),不同菌量梯度與血紅蛋白平均值之間無明確相關性。結論肺炎鏈球菌感染可導致大鼠血清鐵及血紅蛋白水平下降,感染嚴重程度與血清鐵水平存在相關性(感染越重,血清鐵水平越低),與血紅蛋白水平無明確相關性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of serum iron and hemoglobin in rats infected with Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia and the relationship between the degree of infection and serum iron and hemoglobin. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. Each group (n = 15) was treated with oral tube intubation with low, medium and high levels of bacteria solution (reflecting the severity of pneumonia infection by volume gradient), and a control group was injected with bacteria solution without oral tube intubation at the same time. To observe the average serum iron and hemoglobin levels of the 4 groups on the 7th day of the 3rd 5th day, and the relationship between the bacterial gradients and the mean values of hemoglobin and serum iron. Compared with the control group, the serum iron level of the high bacteria group decreased significantly on the third day, and the serum iron level of the low bacteria group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 5th day. The hemoglobin level of the high bacteria group was significantly different from that of the control group on the 5th day. There was no significant difference in the hemoglobin level between the high bacteria group and the control group on the 5th day after 7 days compared with that in the control group. There was a negative correlation between serum iron and hemoglobin levels in rats caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae infection. There was a correlation between the severity of infection and serum iron level (the more severe the infection, the lower the serum iron level, the less correlated with the hemoglobin level.
