【摘要】：目的探討厄他培南靜脈注射治療下呼吸道細(xì)菌感染的臨床效果。方法選取2011年4月-2013年4月下呼吸道感染患者90例,隨機(jī)分為兩組,對照組42例,觀察組48例,對照組患者給予頭孢哌酮/舒巴坦靜脈注射,觀察組患者給予厄他培南靜脈注射,對兩組患者治療效果,并根據(jù)細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)結(jié)果對其細(xì)菌檢出率和細(xì)菌清除率進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),記錄兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果觀察組和對照組兩組患者痊愈率分別為60.42%和54.76%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀察組和對照組患者總有效率分別為91.67%和80.95%,觀察組患者明顯高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對照組42例患者共檢出病原菌17株,檢出陽性率為40.48%,清除14株,清除率為82.35%;觀察組48例患者共檢出病原菌20株,檢出陽性率為41.67%,清除18株,清除率為90.00%;兩組患者病原菌檢出率和清除率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀察組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為4.17%,對照組為7.14%。結(jié)論使用厄他培南靜脈注射治療下呼吸道感染是一種安全有效的治療方法,其效果確切、不良反應(yīng)少、用藥方便,可在臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of bacterial ertapenem intravenous injection in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods from April 2011 -2013 years 90 patients with lower respiratory tract infection in 4, were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in the control group, 48 cases in the observation group, the control group were treated with cefoperazone / sulbactam intravenous injection, the patients in observation group were given intravenous ertapenem, treatment the effect of two groups of patients, and according to the results of bacterial culture of the bacteria detection rate and bacterial clearance rate statistics, the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were recorded. Results the observation group and the control group of two groups of patients with recovery rate were 60.42% and 54.76%, there was no significant difference between groups of patients; the total effective rate was 91.67% and 80.95% observation group and control group, the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P0.05); the control group of 42 patients were detected in 17 strains of pathogenic bacteria, positive rate 40.48%, removal of 14 strains, clearance rate was 82.35%; 48 patients in the observation group, a total of 20 strains of pathogens, the positive rate was 41.67%, removal of 18 strains, clearance rate was 90%; two patients with pathogen detection rate and removal rate had no significant difference; adverse reactions of the observation group the occurrence rate was 4.17% the control group, using intravenous ertapenem was 7.14%. conclusion the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection is a safe and effective treatment method, the exact effect, less adverse reaction, convenient usage, and can be popularized in clinical application.
