【摘要】：目的探究營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)COPD患者預(yù)后的影響效果。方法對(duì)2011年上半年來(lái)我院診療的77例患者進(jìn)行分組臨床試驗(yàn),按意愿分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組兩組。對(duì)照組37例,采用NRS 2002進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查,但并不給予臨床營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持;實(shí)驗(yàn)組40例,采用NRS 2002進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)篩查,對(duì)有營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)患者給予臨床營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持,對(duì)比分析其對(duì)患者預(yù)后的影響。結(jié)果分析顯示已有營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的患者住院時(shí)間較無(wú)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)患者更長(zhǎng),并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率更高,且接受營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持可改善臨床結(jié)局,住院時(shí)間及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率大幅減小,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論營(yíng)養(yǎng)情況對(duì)患者預(yù)后有明顯影響,有必要對(duì)每一位入院患者進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查,并根據(jù)篩查結(jié)果,采取相應(yīng)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of nutritional risk on the prognosis of COPD patients. Methods 77 patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital in 2011 were divided into two groups according to their wishes: the experimental group and the control group (n = 37). NRS 2002 was used for nutritional risk screening, but no clinical nutritional support was given. In the experimental group, 40 cases were screened with NRS 2002, and the patients with nutritional risk were given clinical nutritional support. The results showed that the patients with nutritional risk had longer hospital stay, higher incidence of complications, and nutritional support could improve the clinical outcome. The duration of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion nutritional status has a significant impact on the prognosis of patients. It is necessary to screen each patient for nutritional risk, and according to the results of the screening, Take corresponding measures.
