[Abstract]:In recent years, the effect of increased renal clearance on the blood concentration of antimicrobial agents has become increasingly concerned. Some studies have suggested that patients with severe infections may have increased renal clearance. Therefore, it is very important to understand the effect of renal clearance rate on stable and credible serum drug concentration in order to guide the rational use of drugs in clinic.
