【摘要】：目的探討老年衛(wèi)生保健相關(guān)性肺炎(HCAP)的臨床和病原學(xué)特點(diǎn)。方法對(duì)102例HCAP患者的臨床資料和痰培養(yǎng)資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 102例患者中共檢出HCAP致病菌103株,分析得出老年HCAP最常見的病原菌為銅綠假單胞菌29.1%,其次為肺炎克雷伯菌13.5%、真菌11.7%、鮑曼不動(dòng)菌10.7%、金黃色葡萄球菌9.7%,并且細(xì)菌耐藥率高。結(jié)論老年HCAP的致病菌以革蘭陰性桿菌為主且呈多重耐藥現(xiàn)象,真菌發(fā)病率高,病死率高,應(yīng)合理使用抗生素及綜合治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical and etiological characteristics of HCAP in the elderly. Methods the clinical data and sputum culture data of 102 patients with HCAP were retrospectively analyzed. Results 103 strains of HCAP pathogens were detected in 102 patients. The analysis shows that the most common pathogen of senile HCAP is Pseudomonas aeruginosa 29.1, followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae 13.5m, fungi 11.7am, Acinetobacter baumannii 10.7am, Staphylococcus aureus 9.7. and the rate of bacterial resistance is high. Conclusion the pathogenic bacteria of senile HCAP are Gram. The negative bacilli were mainly multidrug resistant. The incidence of fungi is high and the mortality is high. Antibiotics and comprehensive treatment should be used reasonably.
