【摘要】：糖尿病(diabetes mellitus)和肺結(jié)核(tuberculosis, TB)是臨床上的常見病和多發(fā)病。相關(guān)資料表明,糖尿病患者合并肺結(jié)核的機率是普通人群肺結(jié)核患病率的4-8倍。隨著糖尿病發(fā)病率在全球范圍的不斷上升,糖尿病合并肺結(jié)核的情況仍有增長趨勢,尤其在發(fā)展中國家如中國、印度等,兩病的并存給臨床診斷,尤其是治療造成一定的困難。糖尿病合并肺結(jié)核的臨床表現(xiàn)不典型,可能無典型“三多一少”的癥狀,肺結(jié)核的結(jié)核中毒癥狀也不典型,容易出現(xiàn)誤診�；蛘咭驗樘悄虿�(dǎo)致患者逐漸消瘦,從而忽視了肺結(jié)核所致機體消耗狀態(tài)的可能,延誤了結(jié)核的診斷和治療。在兩病并存的情況下,對于糖尿病血糖控制節(jié)點問題面前尚有不同看法,仍需要大量的臨床研究。肺結(jié)核與糖尿病并存,病情進展快,治療效果差,容易產(chǎn)生耐藥,二者相互影響從而加重病情,減弱抗結(jié)核治療效果。
[Abstract]:Diabetes mellitus (Mellitus) and tuberculosis tuberculosissis (TB) are common and frequent diseases in clinic. People with diabetes are 4-8 times more likely to have TB than the general population. With the global increase in the incidence of diabetes, the incidence of diabetes with tuberculosis continues to increase, especially in developing countries such as China. India and so on, the coexistence of the two diseases causes certain difficulties in clinical diagnosis, especially in the treatment. The clinical manifestations of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis may not be typical, and there may be no typical symptoms of "three more than one less", and the tuberculosis poisoning symptoms of tuberculosis are also not typical. It is easy to misdiagnose. Or because diabetes causes the patient to lose weight gradually, thus neglecting the possibility of the consumption state of the body caused by tuberculosis, thus delaying the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis. There are still different views on the diabetes blood sugar control node, and a large number of clinical studies are still needed. Tuberculosis and diabetes coexist, the disease progresses quickly, the therapeutic effect is poor, the drug resistance is easy to produce, and the two affect each other and thus aggravate the disease. Reduce the effect of antituberculous therapy.
