【摘要】：正"免疫衰老"一詞已被用來反映老齡相關(guān)的免疫系統(tǒng)改變,其重點強調(diào)多種類型的免疫細胞在數(shù)量和功能上的改變,包括T淋巴細胞、B淋巴細胞、自然殺傷細胞、中性粒細胞和嗜酸粒細胞等。有文獻證明老年人免疫系統(tǒng)無論在先天性或適應(yīng)性功能方面均有下降,使老年人更容易頻繁地感染,患自身免疫性疾病和惡性腫瘤〔1~3〕。這些免疫系統(tǒng)的改變對老年過敏性疾病的患病率和嚴重程度有潛在的影響。一方面,特應(yīng)性或變
[Abstract]:Is "immune aging" has been used to reflect the immune system aging related changes, the emphasis on the change of various types of immune cells in number and function, including T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, natural killer cells, neutrophils and eosinophils.
