【摘要】：目的:研究銀黃清肺膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療下呼吸道肺炎支原體感染的臨床效果。方法:選取醫(yī)院呼吸內(nèi)科2013年1月—2015年8月收治的96例下呼吸道肺炎支原體感染的患者并將其按數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組48例患者。對(duì)照組患者僅用左氧氟沙星治療,觀察組患者采用銀黃清肺膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療。對(duì)比兩組患者治療效果,體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間、咽痛消失時(shí)間、胸片病灶消失時(shí)間、治愈時(shí)間,治療前后外周血白細(xì)胞(WBC)與C-反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)的變化情況。結(jié)果:觀察組治療后的總有效率(93.75%)明顯高于對(duì)照組的(79.17%),統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)有意義(P0.05);觀察組患者治療后體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間(3.25±0.71)d、咽痛消失時(shí)間(3.11±0.35)d、胸片病灶消失時(shí)間(4.91±0.65)d、治愈時(shí)間(5.13±2.41)d明顯少于對(duì)照組(6.48±0.91)d、(6.15±0.15)d、(13.89±2.74)d、(8.95±6.66)d,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者治療后WBC、CRP水平較治療前均降低,且觀察組治療后WBC(4.01±0.03)×10~9/L、CRP(4.58±0.08)mg/L水平明顯低于對(duì)照組治療后WBC(4.31±0.21)×10~9/L、CRP(5.24±2.28)mg/L水平,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:下呼吸道肺炎支原體感染的患者采用銀黃清肺膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療的效果顯著,可以明顯縮短體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間、咽痛消失時(shí)間、胸片病灶消失時(shí)間、治愈時(shí)間,安全性高,值得在臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the clinical effect of Yinhuang Qingfei capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: hospital from January 2013 to August 2015 were 96 cases of lower respiratory tract mycoplasma infection and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 patients in each group. The control group only with levofloxacin treatment, observation group were treated with Yinhuang Qingfei capsules combined with levofloxacin in the treatment. The treatment effect were compared between the two groups, the recovery time of body temperature, throat disappear time, chest lesions disappeared time, healing time, before and after the treatment of peripheral white blood cell (WBC) and C- reactive protein (CRP) were observed. Results: after treatment, the total efficiency (93.75%) was significantly higher than the control group (79.17%), with statistical significance (P0.05); patients in the observation group after treatment, temperature recovery time (3.25 + 0.71) d, sore throat The disappearance time of (3.11 + 0.35) d, the disappearance time of chest lesions (4.91 + 0.65) d, the cure time (5.13 + 2.41) d was significantly less than the control group (6.48 + 0.91) d, (6.15 + 0.15) d, (13.89 + 2.74) d, (8.95 + 6.66) d, with statistical significance (P0.05); the two groups of patients after treatment of WBC, CRP levels were decreased significantly compared with before treatment, and the observation group after treatment, WBC (4.01 + 0.03) * 10~9/L, CRP (4.58 + 0.08) mg/L levels were significantly lower than the control group after treatment WBC (4.31 + 0.21) * 10~9/L, CRP (5.24 + 2.28) mg/L level. With statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion: lower respiratory tract infection of mycoplasma pneumonia treated with Yinhuang Qingfei capsules combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of a significant effect, can significantly shorten the recovery time of body temperature, throat disappear time, chest lesions disappeared time, cure time, high safety, worthy of clinical popularization.
