【摘要】：目的研究替加環(huán)素(TGC)對碳青霉烯類耐藥革蘭陰性菌(CRGNB)所致重癥醫(yī)院獲得性肺炎(HAP)、呼吸機相關(guān)性肺炎(VAP)的臨床療效,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法回顧分析2013年1月-2015年12月醫(yī)院呼吸HAP/VAP患者,其中TGC治療33例為治療組,18例為對照組;分析其臨床及微生物學(xué)資料、治療情況等。結(jié)果治療組有效率、清除率、ICU病死率與對照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);抗菌藥物使用時間、機械通氣時間、ICU住院時間、及治療后30d全因病死率兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論對于入住ICU的CRGNB所致HAP/VAP患者,TGC聯(lián)合抗感染治療是為數(shù)不多的可供選擇的有效治療方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical efficacy of tegafycline (TGC) on carbapenem resistant gram-negative bacteria (CRGNB) caused by severe hospital acquired pneumonia (HAP) and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP), so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods a retrospective analysis of respiratory HAP/VAP patients in hospital from January 2013 to December -2015, including 33 cases of TGC treatment, 18 cases of control group, and analysis of clinical and microbiological data, treatment and so on. Results the effective rate, clearance rate and ICU mortality rate in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of antibiotic use, mechanical ventilation time, ICU hospitalization time and 30d all-cause mortality between the two groups. Conclusion TGC combined with anti infection treatment is one of the few effective treatments for HAP/VAP patients in HAP/VAP induced by ICU.
