【摘要】：目的探討健康成年女性宮頸聲輻射力觸診(ARFI)組織定量(VTQ)值的參考范圍。方法選擇102例健康成年女性,其中月經(jīng)正常63例(絕經(jīng)前組)、停經(jīng)1年以上39例(絕經(jīng)后組)。采用VTQ技術(shù)對(duì)兩組進(jìn)行子宮ARFI檢查,VTQ值以宮頸前壁和后壁剪切波速度(SWV)表示,以±1.96 s確定SWV的參考范圍。結(jié)果絕經(jīng)前組宮頸前壁SWV為(2.04±0.77)m/s,宮頸后壁SWV為(1.85±0.65)m/s,宮頸前、后壁SWV比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。絕經(jīng)后組宮頸前壁SWV為(2.12±0.77)m/s,宮頸后壁SWV為(1.99±0.66)m/s,宮頸前、后壁SWV比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。兩組宮頸前、后壁SWV比較,P均0.05。102例研究對(duì)象宮頸前壁SWV為(2.07±0.77)m/s,宮頸后壁SWV為(1.90±0.65)m/s,其參考范圍分別為0.56~3.57 m/s、0.62~3.17 m/s。結(jié)論絕經(jīng)對(duì)健康成年女性宮頸前、后壁ARFI檢查的VTQ值影響不大;健康成年女性宮頸前、后壁SWV參考范圍分別為0.56~3.57 m/s、0.62~3.17 m/s。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the reference range of quantitative (VTQ) in cervical acoustic radiation palpation of healthy adult women. Methods 102 healthy adult women were selected, including 63 cases of normal menstruation (premenopausal group) and 39 cases of dysmenorrhea for more than 1 year (postmenopausal group). The uterine ARFI of the two groups was examined by VTQ. The VTQ value was expressed by the shear wave velocity (SWV) of the anterior and posterior walls of the cervix, and the reference range of SWV was determined by 鹵1.96s. Results in the premenopausal group, the SWV of anterior cervical wall was (2.04 鹵0.77) m / s, and that of posterior cervical wall was (1.85 鹵0.65) m / s. There was no significant difference in SWV between anterior and posterior cervical wall (P 0.05). In postmenopausal group, the SWV of anterior cervical wall and posterior wall of cervix were (2.12 鹵0.77) m and (1.99 鹵0.66) m / s, respectively. There was no significant difference in SWV between anterior and posterior cervical wall (P 0.05). The SWV of anterior and posterior cervical wall was (2.07 鹵0.77) m and the SWV of posterior cervical wall was (1.90 鹵0.65) m / s in both groups. Conclusion Menopause has little effect on the value of ARFI in anterior and posterior wall of cervix in healthy adult women, and the reference range of SWV in anterior and posterior wall of cervix in healthy adult women is 0.56 鹵3.57 m / s and 0.62 鹵3.17 m / s, respectively.
