【摘要】：目的探討胃癌CEUS參數(shù)與微血管密度(MVD)的相關(guān)性。方法對確診的37例胃癌患者行術(shù)前CEUS,分別記錄胃癌病變區(qū)及正常胃壁TIC曲線的峰值時間(TTP)、增強時間(ET)、曲線上升支斜率(WIR)。計數(shù)胃癌病變及其旁正常胃壁的MVD。分析CEUS的TIC參數(shù)與MVD的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果胃癌病變區(qū)TIC的ET、TTP低于其旁正常胃壁(P均0.05),WIR、MVD高于其旁正常胃壁(P0.01);胃癌病變區(qū)的ET、TTP與MVD呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.70、-0.59,P均0.01),WIR與MVD呈正相關(guān)(r=0.70,P0.01)。結(jié)論對術(shù)前經(jīng)胃鏡病理活檢確診的胃癌行CEUS,可以直接顯示并評估腫瘤血流灌注狀態(tài),從而間接評價新生血管生成程度,可預(yù)測腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展并判斷預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between CEUS parameters and microvessel density (MVD) in gastric cancer. Methods the peak time of TIC curve of gastric cancer and the peak time of TIC curve of normal gastric wall were recorded by CEUS, before operation in 37 patients with gastric cancer. The slope of ascending branch of (ET), curve was recorded by (WIR). Counting MVD. of gastric cancer lesions and their adjacent normal gastric walls The correlation between TIC parameters of CEUS and MVD is analyzed. Results the ET,TTP of TIC in gastric cancer lesion area was lower than that in adjacent normal gastric wall (P 0.05), and WIR,MVD was higher than that in adjacent normal gastric wall (P 0.01).
