【摘要】：目的:研究產(chǎn)前超聲在診斷胎兒膈膨升方面的聲像圖表現(xiàn)及應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 :回顧性分析鄭州大學(xué)第三附屬醫(yī)院2012年1月—2015年7月產(chǎn)前超聲診斷膈膨升22例,通過(guò)引產(chǎn)后尸檢及產(chǎn)后患兒手術(shù)記錄,總結(jié)產(chǎn)前超聲診斷膈膨升的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:22例產(chǎn)前超聲診斷膈膨升病例,5例進(jìn)行羊水穿刺,2例為染色體檢查結(jié)果異常。引產(chǎn)17例,尸檢證實(shí)8例為膈膨升,9例為膈疝。5例繼續(xù)妊娠至生產(chǎn),其中4例手術(shù)證實(shí)為膈膨升,1例為膈疝。膈膨升手術(shù)效果均滿意。結(jié)論 :膈膨升多有典型聲像圖特征,產(chǎn)前超聲在診斷胎兒膈膨升方面有重要應(yīng)用價(jià)值,可為產(chǎn)前咨詢和臨床處理提供重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the sonographic findings and application value of antenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal phrenic swelling. Methods: 22 cases of phrenic bulging diagnosed by antenatal ultrasound in the third affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2012 to July 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. the characteristics of diagnosis of phrenic bulge by antenatal ultrasound were summarized by autopsies after induced labor and surgical records of postpartum children. Results: 22 cases of phrenic swelling were diagnosed by antenatal ultrasound, 5 cases were punctured with amniotic fluid, and 2 cases were abnormal by chromosome examination. 17 cases were induced labor, 8 cases were confirmed by autopsies, 9 cases were phrenic hernia. 5 cases continued to conceive until delivery, of which 4 cases were proved to be phrenic bulging and 1 case was phrenic hernia. The surgical results of phrenic bulging were satisfactory. Conclusion: phrenic dilatation has typical sonographic features. Antenatal ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of fetal phrenic dilatation and can provide important basis for antenatal consultation and clinical treatment.
