【摘要】：正1.1資料患者男,48歲。因腹痛到當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,B超檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)左腎上腺占位,未做處理,為求進(jìn)一步治療來我院。體格檢查:一般情況可,神志清,腹部平軟,無壓痛及反跳痛,腎區(qū)無叩痛,大小便正常,體質(zhì)量無明顯變化。體溫36.6℃,脈搏86次/min,呼吸23次/min,血壓129/84 mm Hg。1.2方法1.2.1 CT檢查CT平掃見左側(cè)腎上腺有一類圓形實(shí)性腫塊,邊緣清晰,密度欠均勻,中心可見更低密度區(qū)(圖1A);增強(qiáng)掃描動(dòng)脈期見腫塊邊緣有斑點(diǎn)狀強(qiáng)化,強(qiáng)化程度與同層腹主動(dòng)脈相同(圖1B);靜脈期見增強(qiáng)范圍向中心擴(kuò)大(圖1C);延遲期強(qiáng)化范圍進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,強(qiáng)化程度減低(圖1D)。
