【摘要】：目的探討乳腺導(dǎo)管周?chē)g質(zhì)肉瘤(PDSS)的臨床特點(diǎn)、鉬靶X線及超聲檢查的影像學(xué)特征。方法選擇紹興市人民醫(yī)院經(jīng)手術(shù)及病檢確診的PDSS患者1例。對(duì)該患者的臨床、影像表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果患者左乳可觸及不規(guī)則包塊,鉬靶X線顯示左乳外上象限一略高密度團(tuán)狀陰影,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,邊界模糊,伴左側(cè)腋下一腫大淋巴結(jié);彩色多普勒血流顯像(CDFI)顯示為病變形態(tài)不規(guī)則低回聲結(jié)節(jié)。文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道PDSS可為原發(fā)性或轉(zhuǎn)移性,鉬靶X線與超聲表現(xiàn)存在共性。結(jié)論P(yáng)DSS可復(fù)發(fā)、血行轉(zhuǎn)移,影像學(xué)上多表現(xiàn)為不規(guī)則、非均質(zhì)軟組織腫塊,CDFI腫瘤內(nèi)可出現(xiàn)血流信號(hào)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features, mammography and ultrasound features of breast periductal stroma sarcomas (PDSS). Methods one patient with PDSS diagnosed by operation and pathological examination in Shaoxing people's Hospital was selected. The clinical and imaging manifestations of the patient were analyzed and the related literature was reviewed. Results the left milk could touch the irregular mass. Mammography showed a slightly high density cluster shadow in the outer quadrant of the left milk, irregular shape and blurred boundary, with an enlarged lymph node under the left armpit. Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) showed irregular hypoechoic nodules. It is reported that PDSS can be primary or metastatic, and there is commonality between mammography and ultrasound. Conclusion PDSS can recur, have hematological metastasis, irregular imaging findings, heterogeneous soft tissue masses, and blood flow signals in CDFI tumors.
