【摘要】：正肩胛間區(qū)是位于胸背部?jī)蓚?cè)肩胛骨之間的區(qū)域,其外側(cè)界為兩肩胛骨內(nèi)側(cè)緣,上界為兩側(cè)肩胛上角的連線,下界為兩側(cè)肩胛下角的連線,后正中線將此區(qū)分為左右兩部分。肩胛間區(qū)面積比較大,肌肉與肌肉之間區(qū)別相對(duì)比較復(fù)雜,肩胛間區(qū)肌肉由淺至深一般分4層,包括胸背部固有肌及呼吸肌。臨床對(duì)肌骨超聲的研究越來越廣泛,也有對(duì)超聲引導(dǎo)下胸背部椎旁神經(jīng)阻滯術(shù)的相關(guān)研究[1-4]。高頻超聲在頸部、項(xiàng)部、胸背部、腰背部及骶尾部肌肉骨骼病變中的應(yīng)用及肩
[Abstract]:The interscapular region is located between the scapula on both sides of the back of the chest.
