超聲射頻信號技術(shù)評價高密度脂蛋白膽固醇對頸動脈結(jié)構(gòu)和彈性功能的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the changes of carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and elasticity in patients with dyslipidemia and the effect of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) on the structure and elastic function of common carotid artery. Materials and methods 150 patients with dyslipidemia were divided into hyperlipidemia group (group A), hyperlipidemia with HDL-C elevation (group A), hyperlipidemia with normal HDL-C (group B), and hyperlipidemia with HDL-C decrease (group C). At the same time, 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group (group D). The effects of hyperlipidemia and HLD-C on (CC), stiffness index (尾) and pulse wave conduction velocity (PWV),) arterial reflection wave enhancement index (AIx) of common carotid artery (CCA), compliance coefficient (CC),) and pulse wave conduction velocity (PWV),) were analyzed by radio frequency ultrasound (RF) technique. Results the levels of IMT, 尾 and PWV,AIx in group B were significantly higher than those in group D (t = 5.141, 4.219, 4.898, 4.142, and 3.758, respectively). The levels of IMT, 尾 and PWV,AIx in group). B were higher than those in group A, while the level of CC in group). B was lower than that in group A. The differences were statistically significant (t = 3.425, 2.807, 2.913, 2.209, 2.091, P 0.05, P0.01); The levels of IMT, 尾 and PWV,AIx in group C were higher than those in group B, while the CC in group B were lower than those in group B (t = 4.937, 2.195, 3.337, 2.067, 3.049, P 0.05, P0.01);). IMT,PWV in group A was significantly higher than that in group D (t = 2.236, 2.407, P0.05), but there was no significant difference in CC, 尾 and AIx between group A and group D (t = 1.693, 1.845, 1.967, P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group D (t = 1.693, 1.845,1.967). The increase of HDL-C could decrease the IMT and stiffness of carotid artery and increase the elasticity of patients with hyperlipidemia. On the other hand, the increase of IMT and stiffness of carotid artery decreased the elasticity of carotid artery. Conclusion Ultrasound radiofrequency signal technique can automatically, real-time and accurately measure the common carotid artery IMT and arterial elasticity in patients with dyslipidemia. It can provide a more accurate quantitative index for the clinical evaluation of the early changes of arterial structure and function and the treatment of lipid regulation.
